A Family Company, Since 1984
A brief history
Although our name hasn't always been the same, we have always been owned and operated by the same, San Diego-loving family. We had our humble beginnings in 1984 as Keifer & Keifer Electric, a father and son residential and commercial electrical contractor. Two short years later in 1986, the company was incorporated in California as Keifer & Keifer Electric, Inc.
In 2001, the father (Al) retired and his son (John) became the father figure, then John's son (Nathaniel) joined to keep the father-son legacy alive. Between then and now, John's two daughters are both married and their husbands are now apprentice electricians in the family company.
In late 2014, we decided to reorganize the corporation to allow for some industry diversification and other expansion opportunities and the K&KW Group, Inc. family of companies was started!

Keifer & Keifer Electric - Our namesake and sole focus of business is where our roots originate: commercial and industrial electrical contracting; new builds, renovations, and ongoing maintenance for any size company (including some Fortune 500 companies!). Serving all of San Diego county, California and parts of Riverside, Imperial, Orange, and Los Angeles counties.
